Every loan auction costs our company more than $1000 since besides our technological systems, we have a full staff working manually in emailing & and calling every lender, and accessing the lender’s platform. We have developed 2 different plans to run mortgage auctions.

Plan 1: Pay as you go

Each auction costs a subsidized amount of only $150.
You are using the regular calendar to schedule an auction date (usually full for a few weeks).
Only 1 staff member guides you to the next step.
No WhatsApp group.
The auction is done in the automatic system only (and not manually by calling lenders).
No Spreadsheet summary of all of the offers.
All auction offers come by email only and are not formatted. Each lender has a number.
There is no consultation on choosing the best 3 lenders.
No 2nd auction between the 3 top lenders and between any external offer.
Must be under contract to start an auction.
No pre-approval letter.
The normal queue order.
Not working with LIor Lustig.
Most importantly the broker fees are the normal fees.
